Year 3 Project – Week 5

I have been trying to get an animated collider to work, in order to test the feasibility of having a visible arm attached to the player while digging for items. So far, the tests have not been a success.

At the moment, the testing has resulted in: uncontrolled spinning of the arm, dynamic interaction with the player character, stutters in the motion of the arm, and rotation of the arm around the incorrect axis. However, despite these issues, the collider I have attached to the animated mesh is working as intended,  and is triggering the dropping motion of the testing ground.
