I have come across my first setback – the animated collider.
While the technique for getting the collider interaction has been working flawlessly, the animation system has not. Namely, nothing about it is working as intended.
I have a separate project which I use to test new code and techniques, and the animation system is working as intended with that, albeit with a far more complicated base. Yet, for some unknown reason, it is not working here.
As such, I am temporarily shelving the animated collider system and carrying on with the placeholder collider thrower until I have figured out a way to fix the issues I have encounter.
